Brooklyn Townhouse

Our goal for the renovation of this 2 family townhouse in Brooklyn was to give the space an overall refresh while restoring elements of its initial aesthetics and design, ensuring that its identity within the neighborhood’s fabric remained intact. While re-establishing character, modifications were made for a 2-story extension on the rear to enlarge the overall layout. Extensive interior work included additions and renovation of 4 bedrooms, a large master bath, reclaimed wood flooring, a new custom kitchen, and a custom sunroom with radiant heat.
